What shipping service do we provide?

At the moment, all orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of the products in your order. The destination address does not affect the shipping cost.

How do I set up shipping in my store?

To avoid undercharging or overcharging customers, we recommend matching your store’s shipping rates with Obscura’s.

You can choose to:

  • Publish Obscura flat rates directly to your Shopify store (recommended)
  • Set your own shipping rates manually based on Obscura’s shipping costs
  • Offer free shipping by including the shipping cost in your product’s retail price

(Note: Obscura will still charge you the standard shipping fee.)

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, Obscura ships within the United States only.

Please note that we’re unable to ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), Guam, or military addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.

For all other eligible U.S. destinations, standard weight-based shipping rates apply. If you’re unsure whether an address is deliverable, please contact our support team before placing an order.

How can I track my order shipment?

Once payment is completed and production is finished, shipping details will be updated automatically. You can track your order in the following ways:

Tracking information is also available directly in your Shopify order details.

  • Shipping Notification Email

After shipment, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number.

(Tip: Emails may occasionally land in spam or trash, adding us as a trusted sender can help.)

Notes:

  • Orders enter production only after payment is successfully processed
  • Tracking numbers are generated once the order has shipped
  • If tracking information is missing, please confirm payment was completed
How is shipping calculated for multiple items?

Shipping for multiple items is based on combined product weight. Individual item weights are added together and the applicable rate is applied.

How long does fulfillment take?

Production Time

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after submission.
Production may take an additional 2–4 business days in the following cases:

  • Orders containing 100 or more items
  • Orders that include plates or tumblers
  • Peak season, such as November and December

Shipping Time

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers within 3–5 business days.

Note: USPS delays may occasionally occur and are outside of our control. If a delay happens, you may need to file a claim directly with USPS.
